Refund policy

Unfortunately we can not accept returns of opened product due to health and safety concerns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If there is a problem with your order(wrong product received, quality issue, arrived open/not sealed, spoiled, etc), PLEASE contact us and we will work with you to either get it replaced or refunded. We do our best to ensure this does not happen, but we are human and we want to correct our mistakes if you give us the chance.
