Directly from the mist-covered Central Valley of Colombia, these wet-processed Arabica beans are the gold standard for those who prefer their coffee with a little less "grave" and a little more "grace." While our other roasts might drag you into the depths, the Columbia Supremo provides a smoothly balanced body and an acidic brightness that cuts through the thickest morning fog. This is a medium roast coffee. 

• The Profile: A rich, full-flavored cup with light sweetness and a clean finish—completely free of any "defects" (unlike our roasting staff).

• The Process: Wet-processed and meticulously sorted to ensure only the largest, most vibrant beans make the cut.
